Honduras

On 17 June 2021, two people were killed in a grenade blast in a maximum security prison in El Paraiso, Honduras. There was also gunfire in the incident, which killed at least one person and injured 39 others. All the fatalities were inmates, and the injured included inmates and guards. Source: AP, Reuters.
